Terms of service

SourceActs is a service of MITC ApS, CVR 40057048, Enighedsvej 44, 2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark. SourceActs provides a hosted interface to public official sources. We do not give legal advice. Results are metadata and locators from government and treaty publishers; you remain responsible for how your agents use them.

Accounts are personal or organisational. API keys must not be published in client-side code. We may throttle or suspend keys that overload upstream SPARQL or gazette endpoints.

The free tier is provided as-is. Paid Stripe subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal. If Stripe is not configured, checkout upgrades the account in demo mode without charging; email hello@sourceacts.com to change or cancel a demo plan.

Official texts remain copyright of their publishers. SourceActs’ commercial reuse of each corpus is recorded on source compliance, with a link to the provider’s own statement. See also attribution.
